Aisha (she/her) is a leader in inclusive spaceflight preparation, equitable talent development, and human-centered systems design for the future of space exploration. As Director of Programs at Space for Humanity, she leads initiatives preparing diverse groups for citizen and commercial spaceflight, helping shape how humanity experiences and participates in space.​

 

With academic foundations in International Development Studies and Inclusive Education, Aisha brings over a decade of experience embedding equity into education, nonprofit, and corporate structures. She specializes in building inclusive recruitment models and talent pipelines that help organizations identify, support, and elevate exceptional individuals who are often overlooked by traditional systems.
